Asuggestion for CrossRoads, your engineers need to rethink the rear access door on the 2012 Zinger 25BH. It opens the wrong way! By opening to the right, the door will hit the awning arm. If the awning is retracted and the door is opened all the way, the awning arm base will put a hole in the door.

If the hinge on the door was located to the rear of the unit instead of the front, there would be no obstruction what so ever. Even better - if you were to use the same door as the 29BH outdoor kitchen uses - you would save on production, parts and repaircosts- plus the access doorwould be much more functional.

Just my thought. My door ws damaged before I even received delivery of the unit.
