I have a 2012 32QB and have had fairly good luck with it up to now. We just did a trip from NC to Disney and back. This was the longest highway drive with the rig. It appears as if during the drive, air got under the "champagne" colored vinyl on the front cap and ripped it form the aluminum in about five places. It is right at the top where all the air rushes over it going down the highway. There are no dents or scratches in the aluminum so I assume it was a weak spot or something in the vinyl. Why they used a vinyl film instead of paint I'lll never know!!

In any case, I've left a message with Randy at CR and we'll see where we go from here.

Anyone else have any experience with this issue?

I have smoothed out a couple bubbles in our graphics. We shall see how they hold up over time.

Update -turns out the gold color is really paint and not a vinyl film like I thought. I spoke with Randy and Bill at Crossroads and they plan to replace the top two panels on the front cap. I am again impressed with Crossroads' service!!
