I have a ZT29BH, 2011. My axles were doing what your explaining. Going forward. Almost like there was too much weight on the wheels. Top of wheel tipped in, bottom out. Talked to my dealer, they took measurements on axles, and then scheduled axle, and leaf spring replacements. They were he wrong ones. I would suggest you call crossroads, at the same time, my dealer was calling the axle manufacturer and they were going to send new axles, if they tested the first set they were going to charge me for the axles. Crossroads stepped up and took care of it. I did not get new tires, there was no abnormal wear, they also give you an allowance for tires. Good luck, I can't believe the difference the trailer pulls now, I don't even feel it. I felt like I was pulling an anchor, and it was hard to control.
