My antenna on my crossroads destination trailer is OK, but could use some amplification or improvement?

Has anyone added on something to improve your signal strength? I get a lot of dtv channels, but they come and go and pixelate and stuff, not fun. Yes, I have adjusted the antenna from inside. Just wondering if the winegard rv-wing might help or something else.

thanks!
