Before you drop tank I would find the leak. If onlt 2/3 full should not be vent line or toilet. Do you have a tanf flush on side of your tank? Your tank has a lot of plugs that look like they screw in 1 may be loose.

Just went and looked closer the leak cant be the tank as some water got in underbelly and the tank is below that. Now what kind of seal is on the toilet ? I put a garden hose in toilet to fill it to flush it out. I have never had the tank that full with waste but just in case I do sometime I dont want a smelly mess!

I believe the seal is rubber and the replacement can be wax witch I think is much more forgiving. I would check and see if toilet is just loose on it mounting frist. It would be good to buy seal frist just incase.
