I recently took my Zinger TT to the CR factory for service. I had a leak in the front and I wanted to get it fixed before extensive damage was done. As everyone told me would be the case, Randy and his group did a fanastic job. Their dedication to qualty work and customer service is unsurpassed. Thanks Andi, Randy and everyone who assisted us. You guys ROCK!

That is great news, glad you are pleased and the rig is back to new! Where and what was the cause of the leak?

that is great news and happy you got things taken care of. I wish there were regional service centers that would get the unints in and out. Not like a local dealer or CW that can take awhile to get the work done.

The left front seam was leaking. We couldn't determine exactly why it happened. I tried to patchthe seambut I didn't have the right material. I knew I needed help.

My local dealer wanted 2x the price to fix. They are great but not a CR dealer. I could have taken it to CW, but the factory is only 4 hours away. CW is 2 hours. I chose the factory and drove a bit farther.

I am very glad that the unit is fixed and fixed right. I was able to make an appointment, send pictures and have the factory know waht parts they needed. They did a great job.
