Delamination

We have a 2011-ZF25BH11 that we bought new and have it stored inside. Last year I noticed some bubbles on the back wall, this year its both sides of the back wall and right back side. I looked at the roof and wall corners as well as marker lights and they all look to be sealed. Is water still getting in some place or could this be a glue defect. Is it normal for this to show up after 7 years? we use this very little and its never seen snow and stored inside over winter.

What looks to be sealed may not be. Water will leak in thru the smallest of cracks. Check and re-caulk All the corners - lights - the ladder mounts - any place where two things meet. This needs to be done every year as we use them the twisting - flexing and bouncing down the road loosens the joints so you need to re-caulk. Also check the screws for tightness and it they are rusty that usually means a leak.

Look at the top of your slide seal. Often it pulls away from the wall and there is a gap from the seal to the wall. You want to caulk that gap with an rv caulk so water does not go behind it.

Or, if the seal is bad and ripped, replace it.
