DVD Player Question

Don't know if this has been covered/discussed but here goes; Just a few days ago I picked up my new 27RL. As with most other models it came with an AM/FM/CD/DVD Bluetooth stereo system. When I'm out camping, the majority of my time is spent fishing or just sitting outside in full relaxation mode. But if the weather doesn't cooperate I'm forced inside. Is it difficult to switch out the system to a Blu-Ray player, or should I just buy an external Bluray/DVD player and hook it up with HDMI cables. Thanks in advance!

They are making Blu-ray players quite small and fairly inexpensive these days. I was looking at them the other day. I think I am going to get one and put in cubby next to stereo and run an HDMI cable.

Thanks Tim - Sounds like a good idea.... and quite simple. Best Wishes!

I've been disillusioned by Blu-Ray. With our eyesight and glasses, DVD is good enough. Even at home, with the big screen, rentals usually disable all the extra features. The ordinary DVD we have built into the camper TV is enough for the few times we use it.
