Hello,
I am hoping to pull fro your experience and wisdom. I went today to open the trailer and when i went the open one of the bypass valves on the hot water tank, the handle came off in my hands. It is only 1 year old and it was the only the second time turning the valve handle. Now what do i do ? I am seasonal and my dealer told me that he is not coming out to fix it, even if it is under warranty. Should these break so easily ? Since it uses PEX and those special connectors, I can't fix it myself as I don't have the tools.

Any ideas ?

Thanx...

Bigmac...

Take the valve out and go to Lowes or home depo to match it up.
