Just bought a Zinger 29DB. It was pointed out to me at my "walk-tru" my unit is set at the highest height on the lower framework. This makes the first step at a substantial height entering the camper. My question is ...is there any advantage to this or not; i.e. towing, etc.? Should I consider having the unit lowered to the next level down? Or, would it make any difference? I'm having to use 2-3 2x6 blocks to allow the leveling jacks to support the unit while parked. Need advice!!

I wold check the hight from the top of my tires to the bottomof camper. you need a min. of 4 ins. 5 would be better. If you have a lot of clearance you could do it.

I swapped the axle springs on my last TT to gain more height as I was scraping the bumper on dips. That change made a big difference in towing wind resistance/mileage. I would bet lowering yours if you can would make your mileage better.
