HELP! Electric not working in Zinger

We have a 2013 Zinger TT - at the last 2 sites we were at we plugged in the 30 amp electric but we are not drawing power from them we seem to be drawing power from our battery instead! YIKES! What is going on?? We check breakers and nothing is flipped. Help please! We are not very techy - so any help would be appreciated. Thank you

You were able to test that the pedestal was giving power? Are you using a surge protector or anything in between your camper and the campground power? Maybe the power cable is bad? Do you have a volt meter?

LOL You are welcome (not that I helped )
Glad you got it up and running. Enjoy camping, I'm jealous. Got another week before we head out.
