What is the true lenght of a zt25rk? Is it 25ft living space or is it really only 23 living space?

The overall lenth is 28'10" so about 25 ft living space.

I can only measure 23 feet of living space. Did I really get zt25rk or something else... Adding hitch i get 26 feet total.
