motor on stabilizers

Had a problem raising the jacks as it was a slow process and motor seemed weak. When we arrived at our new camp site they would go down only about 3 inches. Called my dealer 700 miles away in Leduc, Alberta (Roadmaster RV) and he called a dealer in British Columbia (Country RV in Penticton B.C.) who is ordering us a new motor. Cannot say enough about the service so far on the Zinger.

Good deal. My stabilizer "motor" will only fail if my arms give up

Ditto on the "arm" stabilizers. I use my Dewalt drill with adapters and it works well.

Last summer the motor failed on my stabilizers. I tried the crank and the pin in the shaft sheared off very easily. Replaced the motor but did not replace the pin. I figure that the pin will just shear again. Any suggestions?

Friends have the motorized stabilizers...I was glad the "stock" unit we bought did not have them...I just haven't been sure they work as well.

If we had motorized ones that failed...I would most likely replace with manual. We have always had manual crank stabilizers, and using a cordless drill seems to work better and faster than if we had motorized units. Just a humble opinion...
