My NEW/USED Zinger

I bought a 2017 Zinger 32SB- The dealer I bought this from has been hacking up my new camper, I’m calling it used camper now because it’s so beat up already. Can someone help?
1. Staples coming through the walls and scratching the pocket doors
2. Paneling in outside kitchen bowing.
3. Outside kitchen frame was out of square
4. Table screws came out I drilled back in they were the wrong screws and they scratched the floor.
5. Fan in bathroom is just hanging
6. Screen in bunk area was never installed right
7. Electric Jack burnt up and needed to be replaced
8. Wiring melted and needed to be rewired

It's sad when something like that happens to a person when they shell out their hard earned money.
If you can't work with that dealer maybe consider contacting CR to see if they can/will help, or at the very least point you to a different dealer to work on it. If all fails and you feel confident in your abilities to do the work yourself, that might be a route to consider.
If you are able to do the work, at least you will know it has been done correctly.

I would suggest contacting CR and reporting this for sure.

I feel your pain. Mine needs constant maintenance. Long list. I will never buy another CR.

What about lemon laws? In my state, you have 30 days. No response, you can return it for a full refund.

Sorry to hear about all the troubles. I agree I would contact crossroads and find another dealer to work on it. I live an hour away from camping world and have had good luck for 20 years but sometimes things have been shipped wrong like the other day I had to take mine down to have the door replaced (bowing at the bottom), my outside stove vent just fell off and my awning lights were partially burned out. Left it over night and when I went back to pick it up they informed me that the wrong color door had been sent and the awning lights they put on were already partially burned out too. But great news: the vent was fixed. LOL. So back home with the 5er to fix another day when the parts come in. Sometimes you just have to laugh so you don't cry. Mine was just under a year old so I know your pain.

Yes Camping World does Warranty work for Crossroads. At least the one in Statesville NC does. They will contact Crossroads with the warranty and get approval for you.

All CW's with service centers do this.

We owned a zinger from 2010 new off the floor. When I had issues, I waited until they accumulated then pulled the camper up to the CR facility in Indiana and let them fix the items needing repair. I am not sure if they do this any more, but it was a great experience to see where and how the campers were made and meet the people of CR. If that's not an option, sadly you have to find a new repair shop or take it on yourself. We are all here to help if you want to try anything on your own. I couldn't get my dealer Couch's Campers in Ohio (which has since closed) to even order a ladder, so I can't image them handling a repair.

If there is a independent RV service center near you, that you like and trust, CR will let them do warranty work also...Just have to check with CR first to make sure they will allow...When my camper was under warranty had all my warranty work done at an independent RV service center...
