My turn...

Well guys...it is our turn for "customer service" from our local Akron area dealer.

Our bunk bed "fun door" drags on frame and doesn't seem to close correctly. Our friends bought a similar layout, and theirs did same thing. Hopefully, CW tech can adjust door and fix it.

Anaro-I believe it was you who stated "fun door isn't much fun". Nice concept, but I would rather have fixed window and baggage door like our previous unit...

Anyone else with a "fun" door have fit issues?

Sorry to hear. Those doors usually have aluminum hinges and it may be bent. My Jayco had the problem. Service tech, well just..bent it back and sent us on our way.

Just curious,
Can't you just carry the fun in through the main door? why a separate door for loading the fun in your trailer?

I have no experience with a "Fun door" but I do have experience with that particular service department. Call for daily updates. Be that thorn in their side, or else you will never see your trailer again.

Also, little known fact that Jim's Trailer in Grafton also is an approved warranty service center, although they are not currently carrying Crossroads trailers today.

Eddy- I'm not the one who said it, in fact, I never heard the pack n play door called a fun door. That said, I do wish the window was something that opened and closed on it. Definitely get the door readjustment before you get a leak from it.

The door on my ST29SS did the same thing. I just grabbed the bottom of the door and bent it back up. I try not to pull down on the door and travel with the dead bolt latched.

LOL Mark...plenty of fun goes thru main door!

I pulled up on door a bit, but figured for the money I paid, they can at least come look at it. They will probably pull up until it works properly...but at least if the tech bends it up, I don't have to pay for a new door.

Good thing is no leaks, and we won't have our camping season interrupted!
