Mike, I'm not familiar with that trailer, so not much help here. Maybe somebody else will jump in here and help out.

To be a little more specific, were you wanting to know where the battery compartment is located, and where to access the water heater from the inside, or the outside, or both?

From a picture I found online your battery should be in the front street side compartment. There is a vent on the front that is for the battery. The furnace look for the vent on the outside or the cold air return inside. The return should be at floor level on the wall possibly under the refrigerator or a cabinet. You can also turn the furnace on and listen for its location.

After some more digging online it looks like the furnace is under the refrigerator.

That’s funny. I don’t know what’s in between the two, but heat rising from the furnace can’t help the cooling ability of the fridge.

The furnace maybe to one side or the other but the cold air return was under the fridge.

I’m not sure where the OP went off to, but shouldn’t the furnace be in the same location just inside of the hot air outlets on the side of the RV? On a photo of a 2010 model, I saw this on the left rear side of the rv.

Not sure where he went either but we are having some bad weather in mo. I looked at a 2006 and a 2010 and the furnace vent was on the door or curb side under the refrigerator vent. The water heater city water connection water tank fill and electric hatch was on the street side rear in the bunk house. The 2010 had a video walk around and it clearly shows inside and out the furnace under the refrigerator. And yes it seems like a bad design but space is limited and that location puts in the middle on the trailer.

Right of the bat I thought this was a "strange"question....furnace is obviously behind the outside vent, even my 10 yr old daughter would know that. And batteries are in a compartment somewhere with a door on the outside...even if no battery installed ...there are wires visable.
