Sanitize Fresh Water After Dewinterization?

We just took possession of our Zinger 328SB the other day, and the dealer had already dewinterized it. Do we need to sanitize the fresh water system before using/drinking?

I would as well. Trust but verify. I'd also clean the hell out of the bathrooms, etc, etc just like I was dewinterizing / prepping for a new season.

I would sanitize with bleach before using it.

No, we do it even though we don't drink out of the fresh water tank. 1 tablespoon of pool chlorine in full tank, open all valves on faucets till you smell chlorine, let sit overnight and then rinse, with vinegar solution.

We don't drink directly from the tank. I use it for cooking, coffee, and brushing teeth.

I do it. I do drink the water sometimes, but also use it for cooking and showering.
