Well, I hope so because I already did! There is no ladder on itbut I had to get on top to replace the vent covers. It's a 2006 ZT300BH. I did notice a couple of areas that felt a little weak so I need to know if this is something I can do without fear of putting my foot through the roof. I weigh 210 pounds if that matters. Thanks.

I just checked the construction details on the Zinger page and it says 3/8" plywood walkable roof. It has 16" on center roof rafter arraignment so you should be fine.

Thanks! There were a few areas that felt kind of "soft" and I wasn't 100% comfortable with the amount of give that I encountered. Once I really slowed down and walked softly and slowly I felt much better. It's reassuring to know that it's considered "walkable". Thanks again!

I would say if it feels soft then on all fours and stay off as much as possible.

If you are uncomfortable with what we have said I would call Crossroads with the vin number and ask them what the roof was constructed of and is it rated as a walkable roof. Perhaps there have been improvements overthe years that have changed things.

Thanks Dale. That actually sounds like a very reasonable idea. The last thing I want to do is put my foot through the roof!

You could also place another piece of plywood on top of the roof that will spread the weight even more

My dealer put another layer of 1/4" in to give me 1/2". Staples started popping and the luan started to seperate from the rafter. Crossroads did great by me. My new roof is glued and screwed. I now can walk all over up there.
