It is a shame so many of us have such mediocre experiences with Camping World dealers. Ours was purchased from Sirpilla/CW here in Akron, and while satisfied, we were not "impressed". We have been fortunate to NOT have to take our unit back for anything. Would I buy from them again...possibly, butmainly because of the variety of units they offer - not for service quality.

Yeah, with us looking at 5ers right now, I'm not overly drawn to buy from them. To make it worse, when we looked at a cougar recently, the sales guy hounded me on the phone. I told him several times we weren't ready to buy. He kept calling my cell phone while I was working until I got a little ugly.
Glad you got everything fixed. Both of the 5ers you posted are nice. I liked the one where you didn't have to walk through the bathroom to get get to bedroom better. Also did not have island in kitchen. Don't care for the island. Think it was the palomino I liked better. Either would be a good choice though.
