We have an '10 Zinger 31SB. During a trip to the Midwest last summer we noticed that one of the tires was failing...losing air and a hairline crack was getting longer as we drove. We went to use the spare and noticed that it has cracks along the sidewall all the way around (and so do all of the other tires). We had the failing tire changed in Illinois and that dealer told us that this is a known issue with Crossroads. When we got back to NY we contacted our dealer. When we brought it in (in January '12), the dealer had it to fix other warranty issues, they told us to give them a receipt and the bad tire. We've since picked up the trailer, and the dealer was dealing with Crossroads to work on getting us a partial refund and a pro rated rate to replace the other cracked tires. I was just informed that Crossroads declined the claim. We have a friend who has an '09 same model and had the same issue. He replaced his tires with E rated sidewalls his second season. GRRR!

Just like your truck or car the trailer manufacture will not warranty your tires that is up to the tire manufacture. Mine started to crack in the third season, and I replaced them

Frank is correct; when I got my package I had to register my warranty with the tire manufacturer and not with Crossroads...the tires, like the TV, the Stereo, the Water Pump, the A/C and all other functioning parts are warranted by the makers of those products.

Thanks, I will look up the paperwork and try that route. The tires were cracked after the first season. The dealer in Illinois told us that CrossRoads was aware of this issue (the tires were made in Chine, and subpar) andreplaced the tire with the brand that CRis now using.Maybe I'll start with a call to that dealer in Ill. to find out where he got his info from.

I had my first tire to go out on me yesterday on returning from a 180 mi. trip. The tire disintegrated in nothing flat!! I was very near to a truck repair shop, they were open, and I was able to switch out my spare. It took a heavy duty shop lift to raise the unit high enough to change the tire out. I was lucky! The tires that came on my 2011 Zinger are Mastertracks 15". I see where these tires are made in China and this is a common problem. Before I purchase a replacement tire...what manufacturer tire is recommended besides going back to Mastertracks??

I have replaced all of the Mission tires on our rig with Goodyear. you will get a lot of feed back on tires. Most say Goodyear is a China tire--------Mine state right on the sidewall
MADE IN THE USA!!!!
I know there are Chinese Goodyear out there---you just have tell the dealer you want US made. They can get them, if they want to.
