If you lower a trailer that long you may drag onunleveled campsites. I have had some good discounts on RV sites that people don't like do to dragging their RV when pulling out of the site. I have also come close to dragging the back end a few times, so I'm glad its higher.

I have a 29 Zinger bh and it also is very high. However, lowering it down is not an option. What I would gain in lowering I would give up in clearance for the wheels. 4 to 5 inches is recommended.
