On the right side (passenger side) of the 2010 Zinger (25SB) between the wheels and the front door steps, there is room for an under frame storage compartment which can be purchased and installed. Has anyone used one of these? They are usually used on flat bed trailers towed by Tractor Trailers but would seem to fit nicely on the camper. The cabinet would not extend below the steps and would be a great "extra storage" compartment.

Other than voiding the warranty on the frame I don't see why you would have any issues if you kept the weight down / balanced between the two sides.

Well, it would not be balanced since it would only be on one side. the other side has the drain plumbing hanging out there.
