X3. Zinger has a walk on roof, but still spend as little time up there as possible.

I use ProtectAll cleaner/conditioner from CW. Works well. Black streaks can be a pain! I used RV wash and occasionally Magic Eraser on our 2012 and it worked well.

Keeping roof (and esp. gutters) clean is best measure.

Can you see the trusses under the membrane? I have not been at roof level on mine.

Have they changed their stance on this?

The gentleman that walked us through our PDI said the roof would need washed and conditioned 2 x a year, is this not correct?

Here's info right from Dicor: https://www.dicorproducts.com/catalo...ubber-roofing/

Many use Spic & Span and say it works great.

I don't believe the gentleman that walked you through your PDI was completely up to date on his roofing material.

This recommends washing 2 to 4 times a year?

I really think it depends on where you park, camp, and your overall judgement of how good or bad it looks. I only wash it once a year.

Maybe 2X a year...

We wash roof once in the spring. Maybe rinse it off again later in season.

I generally wash/wax 1X, and wash 2 more times thru summer.

I agree, there has to be break even point to excessive washing with even the most gentle detergents. All cleaners are chemicals, so they all aid in the breakdown of the material over time.
