290QB water pump

I have owned my rig about a year.
Today, for the first time, I had to use water from my tank.
The system will not pressurize...
They showed me it worked when I bought it, so, I don't know what could have gone wrong between then and now.
Help me please!

Do you hear the pump come on? There should be a power switch for it. Once on it pumps till pressure is reached, then shuts down. If you dont hear the pump after flipping the switch, it could be a fuse.

Are you connected to 120V or on battery?

That wouldn't matter the pump is 12 volt, battery could be dead. If the pump is running, something in the system is bypassed or winterizing hose is sucking air.

We are on shore power. The pump is running, but, never shuts off...
I was wondering about the winterizing thing, but, then remembered they ran water using the pump when we did the walk thru. At least, that's what theysaid they were running it on.

You'll have to get eyes on the pump and check the placement of the valves for the water. On mine there is a cutoff between the tank and pump. Maybe with yours as well?
