303

I have been using 303 on my last couple of trailers but when I started the brown front cap on my reserve I could not get the streaks of, my hopes are that the spf protection in 303 may prolong the finish I have been using it on decals also never had one fade yet but boy is that stuff hard to work with. the front cap on this thing is a bear you need an 8ft ladder and 6 foot arm reach. if you can ignor streaks it did make the color pop.

I've used it for years but never thought about putting it on the exterior. I've always just used a synthetic sealer and then top to with a good wax a few times a year.

I use my Cosco ladder and just lean over. I'm 6ft4 so it's not too hard to reach. I just get someone to stand on the bottom so I don't tip over again.

The synthetic sealer is a liquid so it's an easy application in hard to reach places. No need to buff it off like a wax.

Try using Rejex. Has all the UV protection built in and bugs and dirt clean right off.
http://rejex.com/
Goes on and off in one easy step.

for a 5er with front jacks...
What I did was 'kneel' the 5er down as much as possibile and backed the truck up to the front....

did two things...
made the rounded top more of an angle and easier to get to,
then, with the 5th wheel hitch as a support,
was able to put the ladders feet against it....

Mark,

The Rejex says that it must be applied to a clean surface. What do you use to clean the streaks off before applying the Rejex?

At the bottom of page this link http://rejex.com/index.html gives you two options of cleaner. Both are safe for all surfaces. Before I first applied the Rejex for the first time, I used the the X treme clean, since it strips all the old wax. In between I've been using the rv wash Crossroads gave with their welcome package I got when I bought the Cruiser.

Hope this helps.
