Hi folks,
My husband and I just pulled in to our campsite in GA, 10 hours from home, and our main slide on our 32FR will not work. Seems that motor 1 is not working. Slide is stuck about 1/2 way out with one slide slightly out further than the other. We have tried disconnecting the motor and pushing the slide to even the sides, but not we are completely stuck.

Anyone have similar issue or advice to offer?
Many thanks!

You shoud have a manual crank capability. It may be on opposite side of the unit. If you have a small door on the slide that could be your crank access..On lippet frames most are at frame level. If the trailer is not level that could cause binding. This would be for a pinion and gear slide, if you have a Swintek there is a different process. Not being familiar with your particular unit I donnot know what you have. Good Luck Im sure others will respond.

Check out the Lippert web site, they have several vids on the Swintek system and as I recall one on troubleshooting. Also do a web search for Swintek, that should get you more info.

Check the ECM panel for loose wires. If its not that try pulling on short side to even out the room after removing motors from both sides pushing in. Hope you can get it figured out.

Hi I have the same unit but 2012. Had the same issue. Hope you have figured it out by now. If not Email me your phone # and I will call you with my experience and how it was solved. JTHQ@aol.com
Kind of in a hurry at this time . Easier to talk on the phone.
