Anyone else have any freeze up issues with the AC? Just curious about this.

Usually with "freeze up" issues it is due to the lack of sufficient air movement over the heat exchanger. It turns into an ice machine instead of an air conditioner.
Did you check to make sure the fan is pushing enough air and there is nothing blocking the circulation of said air?
Is this what you meant by freeze up issues?

Yes. It would only take about 20 minutes for the evaporator coils to start freezing over.

Then I am going to stick with not enough air moving over the coils.

Check your fan speed setting. If it is set to "Auto" and your temp setting is within four degrees of the temp in your trailer, then the fan is running at low speed and may not push enough air through the heat exchanger to keep it from freezing. The only way to change the speed is to select the fan mode and change the speed to medium or high speed. This will move more air, but is also louder inside the trailer. You may need to do this on days with fairly high humidity levels.

I took the inside cover off to see the fan while its runningand andit does have a wobble to it. I was told it could have a blockage as well. I guess its time for a new upper unit!

Bummer. We usually set A/C at a "hi" temp (79 or 80) just to remove humidity and make trailer comfortable...hope to minimize future problems, too.

Here in HOT Grapevine, TX we keep it about 77 during the day and 73 at night. Fan is usually on High. I run the ceiling fan all the time with the air divertor closed so air comes through the ducts.
