Adjust pitch on awning

Hello everyone. I have a 2013 st33pb. Does anyone know how to adjust the pitch on the awning so that rain can slide off easier. Thank you Jill

Jill pull down on the support arm at the pivot point of the side you want to lower. It should have a small sticker noted were to pull.

I have pulled on that before, but as soon as I let go it pops back up. Is there a way to lock it in place?

hoov , you may have an a&e awning . OP is a '13,so it is probably a carefree. (mfg of awnings depends on who gives them the cheapest cost at that time. they dont care which goes on) If it has a scissor style arm ,just look on the lower part of the arm for 6 - 1/4" holes and 1 silver push button. Push he button and pull awning bar down.
