Blinds

Hi All,
Anyone having trouble with blinds that will not stay up? Mine are the accoridian fold type that slide up and down on strings.

I found this from a company that sells repair kits. It has directions to increase the tension.

Check the screws and knob below window. You could adjust the tension by loosening screw and twist knob to tighten string, re tighten screw. Worked for me.

Thanks for the advice. Later today I'll go out to the lake and check for screws and a knob below the window, although I do not remember anything there. I'll let you all know what I find.

If you can't get them adjusted, go to camping world for a restring kit. It worked, DH fixed ours really quickly.

You can also buy new string if the string is broken and restring it yourself. I did one on the Jayco in the five years we owned it and I have already done three on the Cruiser in the one year we have owned it. I sense a quality issue here!

If you search on google, you can find bulk line that will be a lot cheaper then the kits. The needle does help though.
