Anyone ever have there window shatter next to thier dinnete? We have a 320BH. My wife opened the window the other night it slide across just fine it didn't bind or stop hard. As soon as she stop pushing it shattered all over.

Is it new enough to be under warranty?



I always thought that was suppose to be safety glass, and that's not suppose to shatter is it? Anyway, I think I would be on the horn to crossroads.

X2 on the safety glass. Sure something did not hit it eg. kid with a b.b. gun?

It is a 2016 crossroads sunset. That being said it has the extended warranty that we bought from the dealer. The camper was used when we bought it and we just purchased it in October of 2017. Unfortunately the extended warranty company is now saying that is not covered.
