Cold Weather Package

Wondering if anyone else has the Sunset Trail ST270 BH with the insulated bottom and tank heaters? When I turn on the heated tank switch it does not light up...anyone else have this package? What is your experience?

Have an ordered, all most fully optioned SunSet Trail Reserve SF32RL (missing theater seating). Built 2nd week of Mar. 2013 never saw an option for "insulated bottom & tank heaters." Sure as heck would've ordered. Have been thinking of adding a reflective bubble insulation layer in addition to plastic corrugated bottom covering.
In the past have had more damage to tanks by tank heaters then tank heaters were worth. And that was on BlueBird WanderLodges using top of the line heater pads.
Would like any info on NEW tank heaters if auto temp regulated.

I just picked up my 2016, 33BD. I factory ordered it specifically because I wanted the cold weather package. The light comes on when I flip the switch.

Was checking out another brand at the RV show last weekend while talking with the factory rep, and I noticed a switch in the underneath storage compartment. He turned it on and it lit up red. He turned it off and said he forgot to pull the fuse (or open the breaker) for the tank heaters so they would not get damaged at the show. Check your breaker panel to see if the fuse or breaker is there and in the on position. Thinking this is important enough to be labeled in the panel. A simple voltmeter at the fuse, breaker and/or switch will tell you if it works.
