cracked decals

I have a 2010 ST28RL. About half the decals started cracking a few years ago. Someone at a campground said that Crossroads [and others] had been using an inferior material for decals but had changed. They said replacements were available, for free they thought. Anyone here done this?

The decals (burgundy) on my 05 PP started to crack and color bleed with in the two years. CR told me IF I replaced the decals they would send me the replacement decals I needed. What a pain to remove the old ones .. It took hours. I do not think I will worry much as I plan on keep the trailer for a long time. That being said I am sure CR will not replace, for free, your decals since your trailer is five years old. If they still have ones in stock they will sell them to you with a shipping charge. It may be less cost to talk to a decal installer and try to match the decals you need to replace if not the logo decal.

Frank that sounds like a great idea. After I peeled off all the burgundy decals the gray ones still are Ok. The logo one is a little cracked but we all get a little cracked up with age.

I guess we should not hijack the post as Skip had a good question. I am just sorry to say it might be hard to find what he is looking for and I do no think CR will be a big help. Mark had a good post but Mich is a long way to AZ and I wonder how many brinks trucks you would have to bring.

You don't have to drive to Arizona, they will ship the decals to you and you put them on yourself.
