Door stop for rear bath door?

For those that have a rear bathroom (or a rear bunkhouse?) and the hinged door, did the door come with a door stop that limits how far it can open?

On my Hill Country, the door "stop" is the lens portion of the light fixture next to the dining table. Not good.

I guess the designer's intent was to keep the bathroom door closed when not in use. However, there is plenty of room to open the door fully if not for it impacting the light fixture.

Anyway, I have a fix enroute from Amazon.

My be you can move the fixture over enough so the door won't hit it. You can also change a hinge to a residential style and install a stopper on the hinge

Can you cut a bit off the top of the door so it clears the light? should not be noticeable if it not too much as there is a space there already. OR find a shallower light?

Just getting a light duty door stop that mounts to the front of the door that I'll install using industrial grade adhesive. I don't think the door is actually framed internally to use the screws that come with the door stop but I'll check that with a stud finder prior to installation.
