Unhappy dvd's not playing in color

We cannot get any dvds to play in color. Is there a tracking button on the remote or something else that I am missing. Has any body else had this problem or is there another link that would help me? We have a Toshiba tv and Jensen radio/dvd combo model AWM965.

I had the same issue and with mine I had to go into the tv menus and switch the setting from componet to composit.

Check the cables are connected to the proper output and input plugs. They should be color coded. Red, Blue, and Green. If using a s-video cable make sure no pins are bent and the cable is tight.

Had the same problem. Talked to Crossroads, no help. Talked to Jensen and they had a guess that ending up being correct. On my Toshiba tv it had component inputs. That is where you have 3 jacks for the video input and 2 for the audio. The Jensen AWM965 only has a composite output. ie: 1 yellow cable for the video. So for the 3 video inputs on the tv make sure its plugged into the green input. Than I had to go into the tv menu and in the tools was an option to switch the tv's video input from component to composite. Works perfect. Hope your LG is the same
