Electric Water Heater valve

Sunset Trail 271RL model

We recently had a new water pump put in and now we do not have hot water coming out of the faucets. I think there is a valve that needs to be turned but not sure which one as we have two and I know that one is for bypass. Can some help me out??

Here are two pictures to help with which way they need to be for regular use and for when it’s winterized.

As I havementioned before...all valves either horizontal or all valves vertical. Easy to remember.

We figured it out. The Bypass valve was turned so was not letting hot water through! Thanks everyone!
