I'm having issues but not with the motor but where the motor is connected to the crank I think. Something must be stripped because the motor runs fine but the jacks won't lower. Happened without warning. Any thoughts??
The jacks have a sheer pin on the side where the motor is that will sheer if too much pressure is put on the jacks either while extending or raising the jacks. I have done this twice so I can speak from experience. You should be able to locate where the pin should be by checking the shaft on the side where the motor is attached. You may have to move the threaded rod by hand in order to find it. If memory serves it should be about 6 or 8 inches away from the motor. I did not have a sheer pin to replace the one that broke so I just replaced it with a bolt of the same size. Hope that this helps.

Don't forget to put proper shear pin asap , and keep a spare. I will look at mine and get a spare also. Haven't had that happen yet , but will be ready.
