Had low water pressure and complained to my dealer last fall . They had no answer unless they saw the unit . I live 5 hrs away...
After seeing a few pics yesterday of someone elses hose kinked on their black flush, I decided to look under the black belly cover and guess what ..? I found my hose kinked.... Another factory screw up that should NOT have made it off the factory floor.Where is their quality dept. ??
Took the hose off and re directed the fitting so the hose wouldn't be able to kink..cut off the bent part (there was enough hose)and re connected. A simple fix. While I had the fitting off , I flushed the tank to get any shavings that may have been in there . Screen filter was ok.
Put the black plastic back and sealed it and works great now .At least the shower at the rear of the trailer has good pressure now....

Harley, as far as their Q/C dept., it would appear here of late they don't have one anymore.

"Where is their quality dept. ??"

I asked that very question at a factory tour, a couple years ago, answer: The Amish Mafia, if a problem is found, the worker responsible has to walk down the assembly line and all his co-workers see him.

The kind that does not care because they under the gun from management to put the units out the door. It has become all about the profit margin for Crossroads.

Yes ..this is the fresh water tank . and the other post I read last week was the black tank flush ....we should all email and/or call CrossRoads and start demanding they do a 100% inspection ...this would never leave a car plant this way ....at least were I worked anyways ...(I was the quality guy)

This kink was NOT the only one I found ....the black tank flush hose that goes into the black tank also has a KINK....(same as "logicrealm's" hose that he posted last week . )

Hose was to short , so I added 1 1/2 feet of hose to make a sweeping curve in the hose ,not a sharp turn in it. That is all that was needed along with my time...

here is a pic
