Kitchen Sink Drain Plugs

Just me or are the plugs in the kitchen sink terrible.?
In my 26BH I have to have the plug sitting just right to get it to plug the drain when washing dishes. I waste alot of water messing around withthe plugs, and when dry camping every bit counts!
Anyone have a upgrade option that is compatible with the drain /or do i need to replace the entire drain assembly to get a screw type plug installed??

I got the same issue with my 25RB. Its a real pain in the arse! Hopefully someone has a good answer to this problem!

Kagex and dodgman you are not the only ones with that problem either. We have a 31BH andwe have to put another wash cloth on the bottom of the sink to stop the water from draining or as least it slows it down. It's a piss poor product that's for sure(the drain not the trailer).

Go to the dollar store, and buy a flat rubber 4 inch dia drain stopper.

Yes...they suck. I may follow Frank's advice.

Also, we put a strainer screen in the bathroom sink drain. Since it is an open hole without the plug, this will keep things (like wedding bands) from going down into the abyss. Since drains are NOT easily disassembled, highly recommend it!

I put a strainer screen in the sink and use a dish pan for the dollar store.

The good thing about the rubber disc is that older fingers can get to them easier than unscrewing the stock drain stopper
