Question level slideout

We are new owners of a (used) 2016 Sunset Trail 32RL. We like it very much, so far.
But not sure if the larger curbside slideout is operating correctly. It runs in and out very well but when fully extended has a slight tilt to the ground. It is only visible from the inside when looking at the theater seating but mostly the table. Put a marble on it and it would row right to the outside wall. I have not technically checked it outside for plumb and square but it looks like it is. In fact, it looks pretty straight. It doesn't appear to drop when extending but just ends up that way. Is this normal, possibly for water/rain runoff? Does anyone else have this?
We are also happy to be new forum members.

Check inside at the top where the slide touches the wall to see if foam is squished a bit and then run your fingers down each side toward the bottom to see if the bottom of the slide looks like the top . That is if the foam is touching. If not ,your cables may need adjusting.

Had the same issue with our 2016 Sunset Trail. When sitting at the table it pitched to the outside wall. Took it back to the dealer and they said it was out of adjustment. Sadly they didn’t know what they were doing and I had to take it to another RV shop to have it adjusted correctly.
