I have a sunset Trail ST32FR. Does anyone know how to change the bulbs in the Two Round Lights above the Fire Place and TV. I can not figure out how to remove the frosted glass covers and do not want to force and break anything? Do they pop off or screw off?
Thanks
Bruce

We have recessed halogen lights throughout our trailer and the frost glass covers screw off.

Hi Hunter11
These are not recessed. They are almost flat mounted above the TV in the front. This is on a Sunset Trail ST32FR 2012

By recessed I mean the housing itself is recessed into the ceiling but the frost lenses are flush against the ceiling. Try slowly unscrewing the lens off the housing. If that does not work then they have changed them from what ours has that sounds like what you are talking about.

Tried to unscrew the frosted lens. Does not unscrew just turns. Either the whole fixture is turning or their has to be another way to get at the bulb for replacement.
Open to other suggestions

It just pops off. Held in by some clips. You will not break it. Good luck

That is the way to do it. Can LED bulbs be used in this fixture?

You should be able to find a replacement, try www.superbrightleds.com the only hard part is getting bright enough replacements as the don't compare easily (like 60w incandest=15w floro).

If you guys want 12V LEDs that are as bright/good as 120V, go in here and look. They're the "best" out there.

Sometimes the frosted covers are very hard to come off. You have to pry on them with something long and flat, if not careful, the whole fixture will come loose from the ceiling.(Don't ask me how I know this) They are held in by 2 or 3 screws.
