We did notice that there was some water damage to an interior wall in the rear storage compartment (behind where the passenger side tail light is). The dealership will be replacing the interior wall and resealing the rear lights.
Where the lights are mounted all over the Rv is a potential problem. They often drill a 1" hole for an 1/8 inch wire. I've re-caulked over the top and down the sides of all the lights. I left the bottom open so it could possibly weep.

If you've already discovered water damage I'd rethink buying this unit unless the price is really really great and they check & reseal every seam. Plus I'd ask them to throw in a free 3 yr full coverage warranty because leaks are just the beginning. Just my opinion.

There are a lot of rv's for sale out there,I would stay clear from a know water leak problem. There may be more unknown issues from that leak. Look around and find one you can be confident with. Just a thought.
