Looking for outside gfci and outside fuse box
I have a 2014 28bh that we have lost all power in the kitchen. I was told by the dealer to check the GFCI on that side but can not find . The only thing working in the kitchen and island currently is the microwave. I am also looking to locate the outside mother board fuse panel as my husband connected the batteries backwards so we have now lost all power to the entire unit. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

This thread here might help you out. GFCI should be in the kitchen close to the sink, and probably a second one in the bathroom by the sink.

By mother board I'm assuming you are talking about the breaker panel.
The link I posted should help you.

I have the unit with the island in it and there is no other gfci by the sink. Also I can not locate the fuse board that I can replace the two 40a fuses that would have been blown when connected backwards.

The fuse should be behind a panel that is dark in color. Most of the fuses are in there. Should look similar to this pic. The other GFI could be in the bathroom. Look for it there.

Thanks I found the main panel box& the bathroom GFCI. Is there another one located outside? The kitchen side of my unit had no power prior to hooking up the battery backwards. I have pulled the 4- 20 fuses out of the main panel and will replace tomorrow. Just wanting to find the outside gfci and is there another fuse panel outside as well. Thanks for everyone's help!

In the kitchen look at the underside of your upper cabinets for a GFI. For the fuse there should be one inline close to the battery. Just follow the positive cable from the battery till you find it.

This has to be the 3rd or 4th person that hooked battery up backwards. when in doubt, follow one of the wires to see which one is screwed to the frame. That one will be neg.
and paint the other one with red nail polish...then you are good for next time you need to hook up.

Unless they have changed things recently, there are usually two. You might look in the fridge access panel from the outside. That plug may be a GFI. They also make GFI breakers....other than that just keep looking.

Sometimes a GFI can protect more than one outlet if connected correctly...

Every outlet connect from the GFI on will be protected by that one GFI.

So then a bathroom GFCI could protect bedroom outlets, while kitchen island GFCI lower level outlets?

Actually the best way to test a receptacle to find out if it is on a GFIC circuit is to buy a test plug....The plug is the IDEAL Industries 61-051 Circuit Tester.... It tests for: correct wiring, open ground, reverse polarity, open hot, open neutral, hot & gnd. rev., and hot on neutral with hot open...Costs a couple dollars at any hardware store...

Canucks, until you get to the store, just trip a GFCI, and using a lamp, small fan, whatever, see which outlets die upon the trip. Verify they come back with the reset.
