Major disappointment

I have to say , I have only owned my 2013 Sunset trail st32 rl for one year and I can't come to understand how this company can make such an unreliable product . Problem after problem , and now I can no longer even Sleep in it , because Mosquitos are getting in to it so bad they they are eating us alive all night long . We live in an area that we can only use the camper 4 months a year so considering I bought it in march 2013 , only took possession in May 2014 used it till sept 2013 then parked it until may 2014 . So you can see it's not used much . First issue was the first trip with it . Pop outs did not want to come out all the way, rang hood had no power and the trailer kept tripping our generator . Second trip , the cabinets started falling apart . We then decided not to drive around with it and just leave it parked at a cam ground . Then to find out our main power inlet was shorting to ground on the frame of the trailer . So changed that . The we winterized it only to come back to a cracked fender , and 4 cracked valve stems ( flat tires) . Now I'm dealing with blowing fuses for awnings , led bars burnt out and infestation of Mosquitos ... All I have to say is you guys should really learn how to take care of your customers with problems because honestly customer service is key to return customers and I will never buy another Crossroads product ever again ..

Sincerely
One {moderator edit} off customer now out 45,000$

For your information, Cross Roads does not own or operate this forum. It's owned and operated by, Social Knowledge Network.
I think you would have better results venting your frustrations in an email directly to CR. It won't accomplish much here.

It would be nice to have crossroads involved in this forum though.

It would be nice but don't think it will ever happen.

Lightbulb Slide out gaps . . .

Under the two side slide outs there are GAPS
Around the bottom of each slide is a gap of 3/4+" for roller supports. Gaps equal 2-1/2 to 3 square-foot "HOLE" in trailer.
Solution: 1/2" pipe foam insulation,
Add 3' bright color ribbon to each section of "gap seal." Gap Seals must be removed every time slides are moved in.
Crawling underneath each slide press foam insulation (gap seals) in to gap(s) even with main trailers floor.

Sealing these large holes in our trailers will make it tuffer for bugs getting in.
ALSO; helps with A/C or Heating. Greatly with A/C . . .

I have a 2013 reserve 32rl and my slides are pretty tight at the bottom seals. I used to get bugs in side all the time that's when I decided to mount a separate tv outside in the entertainment center thus allowing me to seal and weather-strip around the swiveling tv mount. bug will get in through the outside kitchen if you look in and up you will see a vent for the outside fridge going into a cabinet as well as all your kitchen drawers I will be adding screen and insulation boards to solve this poor design

I like the idea of a framed up screen for the outside kitchen area I think I will do the same thing only with insulation board.
