That was more than a QI issue. That is a safety issue that could have caused a fire. The very least crossroads could do is pay for the repair whether or not the OP is under warranty.

Please send a complaint to the US National Highway Trafic Safety Administration . If it truly is a wiring defect that could potentially cause a fire they would want to know. You can fill out the form online. If it as done that yours it most likely involves all in that production run.

I am sure Canada also has a similar agency that regulates safety of over highway vehichles and towable's

There are also avenues that can help.

I have a 32BH and I have to reset the GFCI underneath the Control Panel it is on the left underneath the cabinet as you enter.

Had same issue. It was a GFI reset. Make sure you really do reset it. Do it twice if needed.
