We had the slide out kitchen sink and all. The sink lines did keep loosening up from the lines twisting when it went in and out. I can see how that would be a warranty issue for crossroads. Could you imagine the damage it could do if it was leaking and the sink was in. I just got used to checking mine regularly, but I was looking at some swivel fittings to allow the lines to pivot.

Ours is the same stove slides out sink does not. I do not mind it is a little uncomfortable to wash hands but worth the reach for me to have less worries of leak from moving the water lines in and out all the time.
