We were camping last week at the beach in Pensacola and it rained off and on. I happened to go into the front wardrobe to get something and noticed that there was water on the back wall of the wardrobe at the seam. I checked the other wardrobe and water was seeping in at the same place.
We checked outside to see where water might be getting in and found that if we put some duct tape over the top of the lights the water stopped coming in. My guess is that the amber lights were never sealed properly and since they are at an angle it was easy for water to enter there.
After we got home DH went around the entire trailer and put sealant around the top of every outside light fixture.
I hope no permanent damage was done to the trailer. My advice is to check all your outside light fixtures and make sure there is not a way for water to get inside.Edited by: 4AggiesMom
