Not a big deal, but my front and rear jacks are switched on the remote...is there an easy fix or would I need to take it in?

As far as I know the front jacks are not tied to the remote, they are tied to the auto level system.

the remote runs the back stabalizers, lights, awning and related.

Speedster, your assuming there is an auto level system installed.....On my remote I choose front or rear stabilizers.

Rattlesnake,
Check where the command unit is for the remote, usually under the stove area. See if there are connections listed that can be switched to the proper area.
If I get a chance I will try to get out an look at ours.

On my unit it is right below the stove, may be in another location on yours. Open the door and there it is. It has a mass of wires running into it.
