I have a new ST28BH Reserve and it came with three remotes. 1 for the TV, 1 for the Stereo/DVD and 1 for the fireplace.
My question is. Should there be a remote for the Stabilizers and awning? Also is there a remote for the furnace and AC?
Could I be missing 2 remotes? Please anyone with the same trailer or similar help me figure this out.

As I understand from previous posts...the remote for the stabilizers and awning are no longer included.

My 6 month old ST29SS remote for the fireplace remote also contained the awning and jack functions

Picked up my 31SS 2 days ago. 2013 model. Same remotes. Awning has a switch on the control panel and power jacks have a switch beside the motors on the drivers side of the trailer. No remote control for either.

I certainly don't mind button pushing . I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. Maybe they discontinued the remote due to the stabilizers moving on there own issue I have been reading about. No one mentioned the Dometic heat and AC. I am guessing that is manual as well? my old trailer had a remote you aimed at the AC unit and it controlled both heat and AC, but as others with new trailers have said, they have the same three remotes as me. I did E-mail Crossroads, I will see if they get back to me.

confirmed by Crossroads. The last trailer to be manufactured with the remote for the stabilizers and awning was produced in September of 2012. Last 7 of VIN B021387.

I have2013 ST32BH I think it was made in Sept and has a remote. I love IT! It saves me time setting up/down the jacks while i do something else. Even though mine came with the unit I would call and see if you could buy one. Worth atleast $100 IMO.

I am pretty sure at this stage it is more than just a remote to add this feature. The control boxes and all the wiring has also been eliminated. I am not dissapointed with what I have, just wanted to be sure I wasn't missing anything.

Thank you all for the replies
