shower head mounting

I want to mount the shower head so that the orientation is like a rain head ....mount it from the ceiling as I am tired of it spraying in my face.
I found a mount that swivels but am leery of permanently mounting if there is a better option....anybody done anything like this ?

I'd suggest you watch the weight of the head. RV's are not known for strong plumbing and that looks heavy. All the weight is on the pipe connection.
