Purchased my Cross roads SunSet Trail in 2010. We have had problems with the slide trim. This is the third time we have taken the camper to Camping World to repair the trim and I seriously doubt they will fix it this time. When the slide is extended it pulls the trim away from the camper that goes around the outside of the slide. As I stated this is the third time. Each time before they told me they have fixed the problem. Anyone else having problems with this particular part of the there camper.

I have never had a camper with at slide before and I am starting to regret purchasing this one with a slide.

I would contact Crossroads. Ask for Randy, and tell him your problem, I think you need a new dealer.Rember 3 stricks and your out.

Iagree, contact Randy Mischler at the factory customer service center. You could arrange an appointment and get the repairs done correctly.

Since you live so close to the factory, I would not have given CW three opportunities to screw it up. Randy will really solve the problem and then you will be happy with your slide-out. I've had Crossroads units with SOs since '04, used them many, many times and never had a problem as serious as yours, don't give up, let Randy help you.

I agree! Let the factory people take a look at it. I have a 2008 ST29RL and love it. Only time we had a problem with the slide was camping in 17 deg temps. The plastic wire guide under the slide couldn't stand the cold and cracked into several pieces. But the slide is still working just fine.
